The UWA Sport Club Grants serve as a valuable opportunity for UWA affiliated sport clubs to pursue growth and development. The club grants also aim to support student engagement, student development and generally improve the student experience.
Funding for each UWA affiliated sport club is capped at a total of $1,000 and is made available through the Student Services Amenities Fees (SSAF). Funds may be used to cover expenses from one single purchase in any identified category or across multiple purchases and categories, totalling a maximum of $1,000.
Applications can be submitted anytime from 1st January each year until the final application date of 16th November.

No other documentation showing proof of payment will be accepted. An invoice that shows a quote or balance for an expense to be paid is not an accepted item showing proof of purchase.
Proof of payment must also be provided and must demonstrate that the source of payment was from the club’s bank account.
