Our Philosophy

Our approach

Our programs are designed to nurture all swimmers throughout their swimming journey. We have a structured teaching methodology to ensure that everyone can achieve success and develop lifelong skills, complementing life milestones. We provide pathways for future champions to fitness and recreational swimmers, and all in between. Over four decades, our dedication and our approach to effective, efficient, and safe technique remains ingrained in everything that we do.

Who we are

We have a team of experienced, educated and highly qualified staff who are passionate about providing the best experience, from the attainment of water safety to the perfection of efficient swim strokes. Our instructors have a love, respect and connection with the water that inspires them to deliver excellence.

What we believe

We believe our supportive aquatic environment, structured teaching methodology, and small class sizes enable all our swimmers to achieve lifelong success – whether developing confidence in the water or mastering strokes. For us, we believe a mastery of swimming fundamentals allows you to embrace all aquatic opportunities that come your way.

Our history

Since 1981, we have provided university students with the opportunity to apply their educational expertise, increase their life experience, and give back to the local community. We have welcomed many swimmers of all ages and abilities in our programs, as well as future Olympians and Paralympians.
