Oggi suffered with severe health issues for over 10 years which resulted in him losing all his fitness, muscle mass and general health. Overcoming these obstacles set Oggi on the path of health and fitness, and he is now looking forward to helping others overcome their obstacles.
Oggi thrives on the challenge of training for and competing in triathlons, and loves seeing all the hard work pay off and achieving things he once thought were impossible.
Oggi understands what it is like to start your fitness journey from scratch, using his personal & professional experience to help others conquer obstacles, achieve goals, and improve their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
