Group Fitness Timetable

Our Tuesday and Thursday 7am RPM classes are cancelled until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.

With more than 40 classes on offer per week, our group fitness sessions are ideal for a complete body workout or simply a fun way to stay fit with friends.

Many of our group fitness classes are taken from the LES MILLSTM program, which are developed as exercise to music with fun choreography and high-intensity workouts. All classes are led by trained UWA instructors and suit all ability levels.

Group Fitness Class descriptions

BODY PUMP

BODY PUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODY PUMP gives a total body workout.

Duration: 60 minutes

Fitness level: Low to moderate

 

RPM

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It is fun, low impact, and can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Duration: 45-55 minutes

Fitness level: Moderate to high


 

YOGA

YOGA is a body-mind discipline emphasising the enhancement of physical and mental wellbeing through posture work, breathing practices and meditation. Develop strength, flexibility, improved circulation and tone throughout the entire body.

Duration: 60 minutes

ZUMBA

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba program is all about! It's an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party that is moving millions of people towards joy and health.

Focus on getting results from your training in an energising group setting.

Our functional training program is fun, upbeat, and results driven.
All levels of fitness are welcomed, with a wide range of classes including boxing, HIIT and strength.

BOXING

Learn basic boxing skills, increase your strength and improve your endurance through this fun and challenging class. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will include pad work combos, shadow boxing, and strength exercise. Get your sweat on to help you build a strong core, burn loads of calories, and feel the best you possibly can!

HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is guaranteed to challenge you physically and mentally from start to finish! Focus on performing your best and burning calories within a high-energy team environment. Suitable for all fitness levels, each class will have you sweating through a circuit-style workout including speed, agility, core, and bodyweight strength exercises.

JUMPSTART

The total body workout that will really JUMPSTART your morning! With a fun but motivating focus, this class is a must-try workout for those who want to increase their strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness.

STRENGTH & CORE

This is the ultimate strength workout, designed specifically to improve your power using safe and correct lifting techniques. Build your functional strength and unlock your true potential through a selection of exercises that target often-neglected muscle groups..

ULTRAFIT

ULTRAFIT is designed to truly push each participant to better their current physical ability. This high intensity session uses majority bodyweight interval training that will not only rapidly improve your overall fitness, but will help increase your strength, speed and flexibility.
