Group Fitness Timetable

With more than 40 classes on offer per week, our group fitness sessions are ideal for a complete body workout or simply a fun way to stay fit with friends.

Many of our group fitness classes are taken from the LES MILLSTM program, which are developed as exercise to music with fun choreography and high-intensity workouts. All classes are led by trained UWA instructors and suit all ability levels.

    Cardio, power and strength classes

    BODYATTACK AND CX WORX COMBO

    BODY ATTACK EXPRESS AND CX WORX COMBO is a class that is designed to give you an all over cardio workout for 30 minutes.  If is then followed with a 30 minute CX Worx workout where you will be guided by an instructor through correct technique, with the use of resistance tubes and weight plates and body weight exercises. This combination class allow you the flexibility to participate in either 30 minute class or both for the full hour workout.  Moderate to hard fitness level.

    Duration: 60 minutes

    JumpStart

    JUMPSTART the total body workout that really will JUMPSTART your morning! With a fun, but motivating focus, this class is a must-try workout for those members who want to increase their strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness. Low to moderate fitness level.

    Duration: 60 minutes

    FitBox

    FITBOX this boxing-inspired workout will get your heart rate up and make your muscles burn.  It is a social and fun class which includes pad work, resistance and cardio exercises. Moderate to Hard fitness level.

    BODYPUMP

    BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition.  BODYPUMP gives a total body workout. Low to moderate fitness level.

    CXWORX

    CX WORX is about exercising muscles around the core. CX Worx provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. ... During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Moderate to Hard Fitness level.

    Duration: 60 minutes

    CXWORX & BODYBALANCE COMBO

    Enjoy 30 minutes of exercising core muscles. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Following CX Worx we go straight into a relaxing Body Balance with yoga inspired poses and stretches including elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.  You will be left feeling relaxed and refreshed with a calming guide meditation to end the class. This class is offering variety to any participant’s that wishes to do only either 30 minute workout or the full hour. Moderate to low fitness level.

    UltraFit

    ULTRAFIT is designed to truly push each participant to better their current physical ability.  This high intensity session uses majority bodyweight interval training that will not only rapidly improve your overall fitness, but will help increase your strength, speed and flexibility. Moderate to Hard fitness level.

    Yoga, dance and flexibility classes

    BODYBALANCE

    BODYBALANCE is a yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  During BODY BALANCE you will bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Low to moderate fitness level.

    ZUMBA

    Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about.  It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party that is moving millions of people towards joy and health. Low to moderate fitness level.

    Duration: 60 minutes

    YOGA

    YOGA is a body-mind discipline emphasizing the enhancement of physical and mental well-being through posture work, breathing practices and meditation.  Develop strength, flexibility, improved circulation and tone through the entire body. Low to Moderate fitness level.

    Spin and cycle classes

    RPM

    RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It is fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Moderate to Hard fitness Level.
