Super Saturday Schedule

  • 8.00am: Registration
  • 8.00am: Body Pump Education - A quick introduction for participants who are not familiar with Body Pump movements, technique and appropriate weight selection. More experienced members can use this session to have their technique checked and corrected.
  • 8.30am: Body Pump (1hr)
  • 9.00am: Zumba (30 mins) or RPM (30 mins)
  • 9.30am: Body Pump (1hr) or Body Attack (30 mins)
  • 10.00am: Body Combat (30 mins) or RPM (1 hr)
  • 10.30am: CX Worx (30 mins) or Metafit (30 mins)
  • 11.00am: Body Balance (30 mins)
  • 11.30am: Brunch Bar
