The UWA Triathlon Club gives it members the opportunity to attend regular run, swim and cycle sessions each week. The UWA Triathlon Club was founded in 1993, making it one of the oldest triathlon clubs in Perth. The club welcomes everyone, students and the wider community included and cater to all levels ranging from participation to competing at elite levels. The Club seeks to foster a welcoming, encouraging and inclusive environment for people to ensure everyone is keeping healthy, active, and to pursue their triathlon goals. Training and Coaching

The UWA Triathlon Club have a wide range of coached, un-coached and social events throughout the year to help you stay motivated and reach your training goals. The UWA Triathlon Club offers a variety of training sessions. Coaching is led by Steve Gleeson, Triathlon Australia Accredited Performance Coach. With over 10 years experience, Steve has guided a number of athletes (seniors, juniors and paratriathletes) to national titles and has previously coached the Hong Kong elite national team.
