UWA Sport Agreement termination
The UWA Sport Enterprise Agreement 2016 (UWA Sport Agreement) has passed its nominal expiry date.UWA Sport is looking to terminate the UWA Sport Agreement, and to introduce the Fitness Industry Award 2020 (Fitness Award) conditions and new employment contracts for all employees.
UWA Sport sees this to align best with the fitness industry, to provide modern benefits and enable flexibility in our approach to our people.
