Position Title: Inclusion Coordinator

Part-time 30 hours per week position. Reporting to the Inclusion Manager, this position coordinates the successful delivery of inclusive initiatives and projects and plays an integral role in the support of the establishment and delivery of inclusion practices for sport at UWA. It focuses on diversity and the inclusion of underrepresented groups.   
You will successfully coordinate the delivery of safe, welcoming and inclusive focused initiatives, programs and events in sport at UWA. Additionally, you will contribute to the continued development and growth of inclusion.

About You

You have a demonstrated passion and ability to engage underrepresented groups and deliver inclusive sporting initiatives.
With experience in designing and delivering initiatives for these groups in sport, health and/or community environments.
You have strong project and program coordination skills, including planning, implementing, scheduling, troubleshooting and decision-making.
Additionally, you have well-developed communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills. The ability to work within budget, strong analytical skills, including researching and reporting, with the ability to contribute to obtaining successful grants.

Position Title: Active Leadership Coordinator

Part-time, 22.5 hours per week. Your primary responsibility will be the coordination and delivery of the Active Leadership Unit’s recreational activity tutorials, including but not limited to, Cycling, Stand up Paddle Boarding (SUP) and Kayaking.  You will coordinate a  team of outdoor activity instructors, complete program risk assessments, reporting, program delivery and development. You will engage with stakeholders, working closely with UWA School of Human Sciences.

About You

You have strong knowledge of outdoor recreation program delivery and methodologies enabling assessment of participant skills for initiation into, and promotion through, the program.
You have experience in the oversight of a similar program in an outdoor recreation environment.
Your effective verbal communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills come from experience in customer relationship management.
You can contribute to obtaining successful grants.

Position Title: People and Culture Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Culture, you will provide human resource administration coordination for UWA Sport, influencing a range of different aspects of the employee experience.
You will implement the recruitment strategy through inclusive and proactive practices, coordinate onboarding, training and development, build effective relationships with stakeholders, assist with the implementation of People policies and contribute to collecting data and analysing People metrics.
This position is 30 hours per week, with flexibility around work times.  

About You

You are someone who would enjoy working in a supportive team environment.
You have experience with end-to-end recruitment, the preparation of People documentation with good knowledge of modern awards and fair work legislation.
You bring a People first mindset and have good attention to detail with the ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in your work.

Position Title: Graduate Officer - Performance Clubs

Reporting to the Manager Performance Clubs and Teams, you will provide support to the Performance Clubs team. The role contributes to the membership management, venue bookings, invoicing, and club operation servicing.

About You

You are someone who would enjoy working in a supportive team environment.
You will be someone who is great with people, and experienced in administration with interest in sport and recreation.
You can engage customers with a focus on relationship management, an eye for detail, and excellent computer skills.
