Class DescriptionsBodyPump A 45-60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Les Mills BodyPump is proven to be 'the world's fastest way to get in shape' by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat burning effects alongside endurance, strength and wellness benefits. BodyCombat Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and tae-kwon do into an hour-long energetic routine. Music and choreography create a fierce, energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body. BodyBalance A dynamic class that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed, Les Mills BodyBalance combines the best of Eastern disciplines like yoga and tai chi with popular new methods such as Pilates. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Fit2Break This unique form of exercise combines a total cardio workout with funky breakdance style moves - and the best thing is you don't need any dance experience. Step This class involves basic step moves performed at low and high intensity and includes propulsions to increase the heart rate. No complex choreography is involved, making it suitable for all levels of coordination. Easy to follow and fun to do! Legs, Bums and Tums Attack those problem areas! A fantastic combination of cardio and resistance work that will improve your general fitness and work specifically on your abs, bum and thighs. Circuit A dynamic class which alternates aerobic exercise stations with resistance training stations. Suitable for all levels. 45 minute class. Fit Box Uses various components of boxing training to develop aerobic endurance, coordination skills and anaerobic power. Intermediate level. 55 minute class. Fat Burner A mixture of cardiovascular and resistance training designed to maximise your caloric expenditure and help increase your metabolism. Suitable for all levels. 55 minute class. Terminator This class is not for the faint of heart! Consists of high intensity cardiovascular training mixed with strength and endurance training. High fitness level. 55 minute class. Centurion This circuit aims to get you through 100 fitness stations. Intermediate level. 55 minute class. Core Circuit A reduced intensity class focussing on core body strength to allow you to carry out daily activities with greater ease and ultimately improve your quality of life.
