Yoga

Yoga is a way of stimulating vitality, developing fitness, enhancing good health and increasing the ability to relax.

It balances strength, flexibility and stamina, as well as deepening self-awareness through postural alignment, breathing techniques and simple meditation practices.

Classes include limbering, stretching and strengthening within the body.

Classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to those with previous yoga experience.

Note: Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions you may have prior to commencement of the first class.

Please note: Courses commence Second Week of Enrollments so be Early
