Pilates

A total mind and body workout filled with floor exercises with no impact. Unlike poses, it is comprised of slow, controlled movements. Piltes concentrates on pelvic stability whillst rebalancing the body with correct breathing, alignment, strength, flexibility and posture.

It is very popular with althetes, especially for injury rehabilitaation or as  condtioning program.

Please note: Due to the group size in each class, individual tuition is not possible.

Also the change of times and start dates as course commence the second week of registration 9th November 2009
