Kickboxing For Fitness

Want to try something different? This course primarily focuses on fitness and will improve flexibility, strength and power of the upper and lower body.

Combining kickboxing techniques with Fitness basis, this course also teaches you a very effective self-defense system that's easy to learn. Come along, belt some pads and get fit!
