Capoeira is a Brazilian non-contact marital art/dance developed and used by the slaves in the 1500's to fight for their freedom when Brazil started to be colonised by Portugal.
Capoeira Classes consist of a combination of traditional martial arts, dance, acrobatics, music, playing of musical instruments and modern sports science exercises.
Students gain endurance, flexibility, agility, strength plus an increase in overall fitness levels.
