Array['title'] Capoeira is a Brazilian non-contact marital art/dance developed and used by the slaves in the 1500's to fight for their freedom when Brazil started to be colonised by Portugal. Capoeira Classes consist of a combination of traditional martial arts, dance, acrobatics, music, playing of musical instruments and modern sports science exercises. Students gain endurance, flexibility, agility, strength plus an increase in overall fitness levels. Classes are both challenging and fun!
