Pop-up Pilates and yoga

Start your day the right way with FREE Yoga and Pilates every morning during O-Week. Join us afterwards for some healthy MYO muesli that will help give your brain a boost before the big day ahead. Did we mention that it's all FREE? See you there Yogi's.

When: Monday 24 – Friday 28 July, 8-9am*

  • Monday 24 July: Pilates and Mindfulness with Kelly Castlemain at Oak Lawn
  • Tuesday 25 July: Yoga with Dani Sands at Oak Lawn
  • Wednesday 26 July: Yoga with Dani Sands at  Oak Lawn* 7.30 - 8.30am
  • Thursday 27 July: Pilates and mindfulness with Kelly Castlemain at Oak Lawn
  • Friday 28 July: Yoga with Dani Sands at Oak Lawn

These sessions are open to everyone, from new and current students, to the general public.

Please note: Wednesdays class will be 7.30-8.30 to allow for the UWA Commencement Ceremony at 9am.
