Start your day the right way with FREE Yoga and Pilates every morning during O-Week. Join us afterwards for some healthy MYO muesli that will help give your brain a boost before the big day ahead. Did we mention that it's all FREE? See you there Yogi's.

These sessions are open to everyone, from new and current students, to the general public.
