    Position Title: Fitness Trainer

    Position Classification: Level 1 (Floor supervision) Level 2 (Class Instructor)

    Objective: This position works as part of the Fitness Team and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and assistance, high quality fitness classes, and appropriate exercise prescription, instruction and supervision to the UWA Sport Fitness Centre members.

    Position Title: Graduate Officer Facilities

    Position Classification: Salary level 2 ($47,380 - $49,369) – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

    Objective: The Graduate Officer Facilities is responsible for supporting the use (both by internal and external users) of UWA Sport managed facilities, with a particular focus on the daily operations of Crawley Campus facilities. This is a high customer contact, high service outcome focused role.
    The role acts as an evening “concierge” style support Monday through Friday, ensuring peak operating times within facilities are well supported.

    Position Title: Active Leadership Instructor

    Position Classification:  Casual

    Objective: This position works as part of the Sport and Recreation team in the delivery of the SSEH 104 Active Leadership Unit. This unit is an accredited unit at UWA and goes towards credit points in an undergraduate degree. This position provides both skills and leadership instructions in a particular discipline (typically cycling, SUP and kayaking).

    Position Title: Active Leadership Assistant

    Position Classification:  Casual

    Objective: This position works as part of the Sport and Recreation team in the delivery of the SSEH 104 Active Leadership Unit. This unit is an accredited unit at UWA and goes towards credit points in an undergraduate degree. This position provides both skills and leadership instructions in a particular discipline (typically cycling, SUP and kayaking).

    Position Title: Cycling Instructor

    Position Classification:  Level 1 (Casual)

    Objective: This position works as part of the Sport and Recreation team in the delivery of the Recreate and Outdoor Programs for all UWA students including residential colleges, international students, and other affiliated UWA stakeholders (e.g. CELT, Taylors) and the broader UWA community.

    Objective: This position provides sport coaching and supervision to children and quality customer service to all patrons involved in our UWA Sport Kids Sport Holiday Program(s).

    Objective: This position oversees the daily operations of the UWA Sport Kids Sport Holiday Program(s) and provides quality customer service to all patrons involved in the program(s).

    Position Title: Social Sports Competitions Coordinator

    Position Classification:  Level 2 (Casual)

    Objective: This position oversees the operations of the UWA Sport Social Sport Competition(s) and provides quality customer service to all patrons involved in competition(s).

    Position Title: Social Sports Competitions Umpire

    Position Classification:  Level 1 (Casual)

    Objective: This position provides sport umpiring and supervision as part of our UWA Sport’s Social Sport Competitions.

    Position Title: SUP/ Kayak Instructor

    Position Classification:  Casual

    Objective: This position works as part of the Sport and Recreation team in the delivery of the Recreate and Outdoor Programs for all UWA students including residential colleges, international students, and other affiliated UWA stakeholders (e.g. CELT, Taylors) and the broader UWA community.

    Position Title: Tour Leader

    Position Classification:  Casual (Flat rate $32 p/h)

    Objective: Tour leaders are an essential part of the Recreation and Outdoor Program and conduct organised tours for groups of students in a wide range of locations throughout Western Australia. Tour leaders play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of tours and that their clients enjoy their trip, as well as providing them with support throughout the trip.
